Four-Star EDGE Tobi Haastrup Receives Offer From Boston College

Four-star EDGE Tobi Haastrup announced that on Tuesday he received a scholarship offer from Boston College and is the 12th member of the Eagles' 2025 recruiting class. A rising senior St. John's College High School in Washington, D.C., Haastrup is rated the nation's No. 178 overall prospect and the No. 16 EDGE rusher, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

He is an extremely raw talent who possesses all the tools that could make him a dynamic force at the collegiate level. The 6-foot-5, 220-pound pass rusher's length and athleticism jump off the screen.

Haastrup has also received offers from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, and Texas A&M. He had 46 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, and 10.5 sacks as a junior.

Boston College has now offered 12 prospects in the 2025 recruiting class, including four defensive linemen. The Eagles currently have the No. 12-ranked class in the country, according to 247Sports Composite Team Rankings.
